That having said, the foreign legal entity has to provide to us several documents that are submitted in the National Insurance organisation along with the Employment Contract that is compliant with the Greek Employment and HR laws & regulations.

There are 2 ways for the monthly payment in the National Insurance Organization to be handled :

The foreign company is informed of the monthly contributions (copy of the payment code and amount), sends you the whole amount (salary+ social contributions) and you take care of the monthly payment to the National Insurance Organization.
