By extending our action in Atlas Physical Wellness Activities, we organized another fruitful workshop on Friday December 2nd with Mrs. Christoforidou Natassa certified pilates method trainer and subject “Fitness & Nutrition in the Workplace”.

Particularly the presentation was an overview of practical tips for healthy eating, benefits of staying hydrated and Breathing Techniques for Stress Relief and more ideas for health and wellness living.
